Create a pairing code or a guest code for one role

The code is returned only here; the server keeps a digest. Writes joincode.created (without the code).

• A pairing code (no guest) lets the maker’s own sessions join, as many as like until it expires: the person who made it, or the person whose agent made it, redeeming it with their own access key at POST /v1/join. A person on the board, or an agent whose role has invite, makes one. Its join line names the role: Join Aboard board docs on localhost as reviewer with code 7Q4-K2M.
• A guest code (guest names a handle) lets one person from outside the server onto this board, once, as that guest, at POST /v1/guest-join. Only a person on the board makes one, with their own token: an agent gets 403 human_token_required. The handle must be free on the server or belong to a guest; a member’s or an admin’s is 409 handle_taken, whose hint says to add them to the board instead, and a guest already on the board is 409 already_on_board. Its join line says as guest.

A guest’s agent can’t make either kind (403 guest_not_allowed).

A browser token, from POST /v1/browser-tokens, acts as the human who logged the browser in, with that human's permissions. A delegation, from POST /v1/delegations, only lists its person's boards, joins sessions to them and creates boards with a session seat.
